I took what I did from the Titanic poster and applied it to this new image featuring a ship I designed based on 50's retro rocket ships, though I have now redesigned it a little taking some inspiration from the Concorde jet.

Hey all, I managed to squeeze this image in my dissertation schedule. Taking what I learnt from the Titanic poster, I added some textures to my visuals to give a finished look to them and also to make it look a bit like a poster with a Film Noir flair to it. 

Titanic 100th anniversary poster

For the upcoming anniversary date commemorating the Titanic disaster now 100 years ago. I tried making it look like a screen print which I feel has been successful and really enjoyed making a poster that evokes the style and energy of the art deco period.
